What we collect
Account and contact details you give us (name, business, email, phone), order and delivery data created inside the platform, and standard technical telemetry (device, browser, approximate region) used to keep the service reliable. The public demo tenant runs on entirely fictional data — nothing you enter there is real business data.
How it's used
To operate the platform: process orders, run routes, render invoices, and support your account. We do not sell your data. Your tenant's data is isolated from every other tenant and is never used to train models or shared with other customers.
Where it lives
MohnMercantile runs on Google Cloud (Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Run) in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth; staff sessions use short-lived signed cookies.
Your data, your call
Your business data belongs to you. You can request an export of your tenant's data at any time, and if you leave, we hand it over — no hostage formats, no export fees. Retention and deletion follow your deployment's configuration and applicable law.
