The demo
The live demo runs a fictional tenant (Blue Ridge Beverage Co.) with fictional accounts, products, and orders. It's provided as-is for evaluation — don't enter real customer data, pricing, or credentials into demo screens.
Your deployment
Production deployments are configured per business. Each tenant gets an isolated data environment, its own accounts, and its own configuration. Pricing, features, and service terms for your deployment are agreed in writing before go-live — no surprise fees, no per-seat traps.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for lawful business operations. Don't attempt to access other tenants' data, probe the service, or use it to move unlawful goods. Accounts involved in fraud or abuse may be suspended.
Availability
We build for reliability — redundant serverless infrastructure on Google Cloud — but no service is perfect. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Critical operational screens (driver app, live boards) are designed to degrade gracefully and recover.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MohnMercantile's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
